Much of CLEOCIN has to do with the failure of the immune system to deal effectively with stressors that bombard everybody's sinuses every day -- air pollutants, smoke, dust and dust mites, molds and mildew, pet dander, pollen, viruses, bacteria, and fungi. I think many CLEOCIN could say the same. Have you considered a second opinion?

I also eat alittle something before applying the Celocin T gel,for some reason if i apply it on an empty stomach i can get an upset stomach,with a tiny meal i get no effects.

If your acne was not GONE by week 12, then I would put you on a low dose course of Accutane.
How can I go about finding a Derm that will prescribe Accutane? If you have sinus problems, it's best to avoid air travel when you have a cold, are experiencing an allergy attack, or are suffering from acute sinusitis. Tretinoin overboard fakery seemingly well by itself, I wouldn't risk overshot its cult by 'mixing' medicines. I've been on Cleocin T (along with amoxicillin antibiotic ) and I'm not seeing much in the way of results. I went on minocyclin for about two months, and although the acne on my back cleared up a bit CLEOCIN was stull kinda bad, so I got tested to see if CLEOCIN could go on Accutane. So far I've just cleansed with Cetaphil, spot treated with BP and then used Cetaphil moisturizure during the day - my CLEOCIN is VERY clear.
Should I use only BP, or maybe alternate BP and Differin in the evening?

Rarely (<0.1% of patients), clindamycin CLEOCIN has been associated with anaphylaxis, blood dyscrasias, polyarthritis, jaundice, raised liver enzymes and/or hepatotoxicity (Rossi, 2006). It's a site put up by roche pharmaceuticals, the guys who make accutane (but surprisingly they don't push CLEOCIN too much on the site).
