Same basic hydrocodone, but it only has 325 mg. APAP or in combo with the hydrocodone. Vicoden and Lortab are almost the same thing (maybe different amounts of the two drugs in them: Hydrocodone (a narcotic) and tylenol. OTOH, I also don't think insurance companies should be allowed to gouge customers and make coverage unaffordable for working class families.
